The Role
We're at the forefront of Social and Influencer within Publicis Groupe, the world's largest communications group, building integrated creator and social solutions across earned, paid and PR.
We're now looking for an Account Manager to run the day-to-day across influencer and organic social accounts as we continue to scale.
This is a blended role. Not purely influencer. Not purely social. It sits in the engine room where creator partnerships, always-on content and earned thinking connect.
What you'll be doing
* Lead day-to-day client management and reporting
* Run end-to-end influencer programs, from casting and briefing through to approvals and performance wrap-ups
* Drive always-on social calendars and oversee community management standards
* Ensure creator and social work ladders into broader campaign and PR moments
* Manage scopes, timelines and commercial hygiene confidently
* Delegate clearly and maintain high output standards
What you can bring
* Proven experience in agency social and/or influencer
* Proven ability to independently run multiple accounts at pace
* Strong creator judgement and confident briefing capability
* Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram and platform-native content
* Experience managing influencer workflows and content calendars with precision
* Strong commercial awareness and calm prioritisation
* A proactive mindset. You fix issues before they escape.
