The Role
We are looking for a keen fresh recruit to assist our graphic designer to check and adjust artwork received from our clients and creative agencies, and organise their production.
It is quite a varied role that requires working on multiple projects at once and communicating with a number of print suppliers.
The successful applicant will be trained to:
* Open supplied artwork and check against build specs
* Adjust artwork to suit build changes or request new art if needed
* Send artwork to the appropriate supplier and create the necessary PO# (Purchase Orders)
* Create graphical proofs and mock-ups for client approval
* Work within deadlines to ensure graphics arrive in time for despatch or pre-builds
* Ensure final prints meet our high quality standard and have no defects
* Deliver and setup urgent banners if required
* Assist in the creation of artwork for clients, while following their brand specific guidelines
* Designing internal marketing materials
* Delivering artwork and picking up prints/suppilies if required
The Applicant
Ideally you will have an understanding of the Adobe suite (Illustrator and Photoshop) and have an aptitude for administration.
You will need to be able to communicate well with both clients and co-workers.
As you will potentially need to deliver and collect some large and heavy items, you will need a valid NSW Driver's Licence.
Only candidates with permanent residency in Australia will be considered for this role
