Be well-organized, self-starting, and able to deliver results within schedule.
Exhibit competency in researching new technology or approaches and tastefully integrating changes and modern approaches into technical projects.
Provide comprehensive and insightful code reviews on items of any size within the project.
Demonstrate an eye for accessibility and performance.
Possess professional written and spoken English skills.
Have experience with Linux (Debian or Ubuntu preferred).
Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability.
Display excellent communication and presentation skills.
Be result-oriented, with a personal drive to meet commitments.
Be able to travel twice a year, for company events for up to two weeks each.
