Disaster Recovery Specialist
This role is for a highly skilled professional who will lead and manage a team to deliver disaster recovery services. The successful candidate will have advanced clinical expertise, strategic leadership skills, and the ability to work with communities in times of mass trauma.
* The Disaster Recovery Team works across North Queensland, providing support and care to individuals, families, and carers affected by disasters.
* The successful candidate will provide leadership in service planning and delivery, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
* They will also oversee human resource management and foster a supportive team culture.
In this role you will:
* Lead a multidisciplinary mental health team to deliver high-quality disaster recovery services.
* Apply advanced clinical knowledge and problem-solving skills to complex cases.

Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or related field.
* Registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
* Demonstrated experience in complex contemporary practice standards.
