Role Description
This is a casual Trust Accountant role with flexible hours based in Perth, WA. The Trust Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and maintaining financial statements, conducting account reconciliations, tax preparation, and providing accurate and timely financial reporting adhering to accounting standards. Other tasks include overseeing bookkeeping activities specific to Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and ensuring compliance with financial protocols and regulations.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Financial Statements preparation and Tax Preparation
* Strong skills in Finance and Bookkeeping
* Expertise in Account Reconciliation
* Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools
* Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
* Experience working within SDA and disability housing sectors is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent qualification)
* Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards
