Your opportunity: The Director of Nursing Rural Facilities and Services has overall operational accountability for the Rural Division budget and performance and reports to the Chief Operations Officer. The Director of Nursing Rural Facilities and Services is the operational service manager, accountable at an advanced leadership, management and organisational level for the coordination of patient-centred care and the provision of human and material resources across all rural facilities. The Director of Nursing Rural Facilities and Services provides leadership and direction for the rural division and is responsible for the facilitation and provision of quality and cost effective services which are consistent with contemporary standards and best practice within the Rural Facilities and Community Services. The Director of Nursing Rural Facilities and Services is accountable to the Executive Health Service Director of Nursing and Midwifery Services for professional nursing standards and quality of care. Our offer: You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $204,927 p.a., comprising salary of $179,609 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 11) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
