Operations planner

Chandler Macleod is partnering with a leading organisation to source an experienced Operations Planner.

You will be responsible for:

Develop, Own and communicate execution schedules for earthworks, drilling, and rehabilitation, ensuring alignment with quarterly production plans
Manage schedule updates and resequencing(including SV changes) and ensure scope reconciliation aligns with cost and reporting requirements.

Generate and maintain P6 schedules, coding, and production reports, integrating feedback and verified actuals into the schedule on a regular basis
Prepare and present MOS Rhythms incorporating stakeholder feedback and tracking enabling tasks via readiness tools and slides.
Facilitate robust planning routines, including escalation management, decision point coordination, and variation tracking.
Forecast and manage accommodation and flight priorities, escalating constraints and maintaining alignment with execution requirements.
