Store Manager
to lead the team and elevate the customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Store Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the store – ensuring operations run smoothly, sales soar, and every customer feels like they've stepped into a world of beauty, confidence, and joy.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading daily store operations and inspiring your team to exceed KPIs.
Delivering a premium customer experience with a service-first mindset.
Coaching, mentoring, and developing your team in product knowledge and client care.
Managing recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and development plans.
Planning rosters and overseeing payroll/timesheet accuracy.
Driving merchandising and visual standards that reflect our brand.
Managing inventory levels, analysing sales trends, and planning promotions.
Liaising with shopping centre management and external suppliers.
Acting as a brand ambassador on the floor, engaging customers and energising your team.
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in retail or store management (beauty/fashion/ideal).
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive sales results.
Confident decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
