Oversee day-to-day operations of inspections including NDT, smart NDT, and OCTG services. Execute business and sales strategies aligned with growth objectives. Manage key financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Lead a diverse team with a focus on high performance and continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage subcontractor arrangements. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to expand service offerings. Engineering qualifications and/or extensive experience in technical inspection services. Strong commercial acumen and experience managing P&L. Proven leadership skills and experience in scaling operations. High-level planning, analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
