As a key member of the AML Enablement project team, the Training Lead will play a critical role in developing and delivering comprehensive learning resources to support the implementation of new technology solutions.
This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with stakeholders to assess impacts from process and system change, develop robust learning needs analysis, and design and deliver engaging training sessions.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in training strategy development, including learning needs assessment, persona/role-based training curriculum design and implementation approach.
They will also have proficiency in using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and excellent communication and presentation skills to facilitate training.
