The role involves managing all aspects of multi-discipline construction projects in both the field and office settings.
As the primary construction project manager, you will be responsible for extreme ownership of HVAC, utility, and plumbing projects.
Project control tasks include scheduling, cost control, and resolving design and construction conflicts in real-time.
Interacting with contractors, fabricators, and internal customers is also a key responsibility.
A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, structural engineering, or construction management is required.
In addition, 5+ years of professional experience in engineering, construction, or facilities management are necessary.
Professional Engineer (PE) License and experience with HVAC, utilities, or plumbing are preferred qualifications.
Work performed in an environment requiring exposure to fumes, odors, and noise. Ability to work at elevated heights (200+ feet) and physical effort with lifting and carrying materials or equipment (up to 25 lbs).
