**Leading Government client is hiring for Citrix Tier 3 Support officer!! Contract for 6 Months plus possible extension!!APPLY NOW!!**
**To be suitable for the role(you must have)**:
- High level interpersonal, communication (oral, written, listening and presentation), teamwork and customer service skills and a demonstrated record of willingness to develop and implement customer-focused solutions
- Able to work with a considerable degree of autonomy and provide technical leadership to other staff
- Sound practical knowledge of relevant best practice frameworks including project management methodology (e.g. PRINCE2), IT Service Management (ITSM - preferably ITIL V3)
- High level expertise and substantial experience in design, implementation and support of Citrix technologies
- Be willing and able to work in office in Richmond NSW for at least 3 days/week, with the option of working remotely for 2 days/week.
