The Roles I am seeking a Head Chef for my client, an established and respected Italian fine-dining venue. This role suits a Head Chef who wants real autonomy - someone ready to run the kitchen as if it were their own business. You will lead the brigade from the front, working closely with your team to inspire consistency, creativity, and memorable dining experiences for the local community. You'll have genuine culinary freedom, with the ability to evolve the menu seasonally, introduce regular specials, and showcase the best produce the Sunshine Coast has to offer. There is also a strong scope to create standout functions and curate bespoke menus for wine dinners and special events held throughout the year.
