About the Role
We're seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Purchasing & Logistics Administrator to support our logistics operations from order placement through to delivery. This is a full-time, onsite role working five days per week in Henderson.
You'll assist with freight coordination, project documentation, scheduling, ERP processing, and communication with key stakeholders. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants hands‑on exposure to supply chain and project administration. An immediate start is available for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing
Purchasing & Expediting Support
* Assist with raising, updating, and administering purchase orders
* Follow up suppliers on order status, lead times, and delivery dates
* Expedite outstanding purchase orders and communicate updates internally
* Maintain accurate purchasing and delivery information within the ERP system
Logistics & Freight Support
* Assist in coordinating incoming freight and occasional outgoing freight
* Prepare shipping and transport documentation
* Assist with freight bookings and logistics coordination
* Monitor delivery schedules and assist with shipment tracking
Project Administration
* Help coordinate complex orders and project requirements
* Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
* Assist with delivery scheduling and material drawdowns
* Support project documentation and compliance requirements
Documentation & Delivery
* Prepare and manage delivery and collection documentation
* Enter and confirm goods receipts in the ERP system
* Assist with document control and filing of supplier and freight records
* Ensure project-specific documentation requirements are completed accurately
Team & Business Support
* Provide support across the Supply Chain and Inventory team
* Contribute to process improvements and workflow efficiencies
* Assist with quality, WHS, and compliance activities
* Support general administrative tasks as required
What You'll Bring
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
* Previous administration, logistics, purchasing, or supply chain experience is beneficial but not essential
* ERP exposure is advantageous (training provided)
* Year 12 completion or equivalent qualification
