Key Account Manager Position
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to fill the role of Key Account Manager. In this capacity, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining key relationships with major clients in New South Wales.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to major NSW customers.
* Identify new business opportunities across various industries, including mining, construction, polymers, water treatment, and landscape gardening.
* Maintain a strong commercial and technical understanding of chemical trading products and their applications.
* Travel within NSW to meet with customers and attend industry events.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and account management within the polymer/plastic or paint product industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think commercially and strategically.
* Tertiary education in Science, Chemistry, or Engineering.
* An entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take calculated risks and share information with the wider organization.
