Job Description
Ready to turn great holidays into unforgettable memories?Join our friendly front office team at NRMA Treasure Island Holiday Resort in this Permanent Part Time position and be the welcoming face our guests remember!
What you will do:
* Greet guests with a smile, making everyone feel at home from the moment they arrive.
* Efficiently handle check‐ins, check‐outs, phone enquiries, and reservations.
* Assist with guest requests, from local info to special surprises.
* Ensure guest accounts are accurate and all transactions are handled with care.
* Communicate clearly with your team to ensure smooth handovers and happy guests.
* Support the team with any other tasks as needed—no job too big or small!
What you will bring:
* A warm, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for delivering top‐notch guest service.
* Experience in a hotel, resort, or tourist park front office environment is a plus.
* Strong multi‐tasking skills and the ability to keep cool when things get busy.
* Excellent communication skills and a knack for making guests feel special.
* Knowledge of front office computer and reservations systems (desirable).
* Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays.
