We are recruiting for a Customer Service Position (Trade Counter).
This role is an ongoing casual position that will go permanent after the probation period.
Our Client is a large well respected trade warehouse (National) that offers fantastic opportunities and incentives.

To be successful, you will have:
Inbound calls and email responses
General administration duties including data entry, diary management, file and document management
Quality record-keeping and documentation/data integrity
Proactively promote the organisation's range of services to increase conversions.
Coordinate customer service requests and transactions
Identify new business
Achieve individual key performance indicators
About you:
Exceptional communication skills
Experience in a previous customer service and or trade counter role
Have the ability to prioritise work load and multi-task
Ability to work well in a team
Work in and adapt to a changing environment
Demonstrate a high level of relevant computer literacy skills
Commitment to holistic customer service
Have a strong commitment to safety
Must have strong work ethics, be punctual and reliable
Be able to work efficiently & accurately within a small team
Have attention to detail and customer service
