This role entails overseeing, mentoring and developing a team within cleaning, trolley collection and waste support services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversight of daily tasks and operations to ensure team coverage
* Creation of schedules for team members
* Collaboration with senior leadership teams to identify challenges and opportunities
* Administration of time and attendance activities for team members
* Purchasing of consumables for stores, including cleaning supplies
* Contribution to core operational tasks, encompassing cleaning and waste management
