About the Role
As an Organisational Development Lead at Cbus, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and embedding the culture that enables our people to deliver exceptional outcomes for our members. Key Accountabilities:
* Lead the implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of our Korn Ferry-based competency framework across the employee lifecycle.

* Equip P&C Business Partners and people leaders with tools and resources to drive engagement and cultural alignment.
* Contribute to the uplift and delivery of key people frameworks, including performance management, talent and succession, and leadership development.
* Collaborate with OD colleagues to embed frameworks and deliver bespoke organisational development initiatives.
About You
You're a passionate and experienced Organisational Development professional who thrives on driving cultural and capability uplift across complex organisations. You've got broad experience across OD, including the design and delivery of enterprise-wide frameworks such as competency frameworks, culture measurement, performance management, talent and succession and leadership development.
With a collaborative and consultative approach, you're energised by the opportunity to shape meaningful programs that support people and elevate performance. You bring a strategic mindset, excellent facilitation skills, and a genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
You will bring:
* Proven experience in Organisational Development, ideally within large or complex environments.
* Specific experience in the design and delivery of competency frameworks, and engagement and culture measurement. Experience managing and embedding a Korn Ferry based competency framework would be a plus.

* Demonstrated success in designing and implementing enterprise-wide programs.
* Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, across all levels.
* Ability to analyse data and translate insights into practical, impactful actions.
* Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business, or a related field (postgraduate qualifications preferred).
