SAP Success Factors Functional Expert – Migration
Contract to 30/06/2026 | Bowen Hills | Hybrid working
We are partnering with a leading Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced SAP Success Factors Functional Expert – Migration. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and contributing to the migration of data into the Department's SAP Success Factors Learning instance.
Key Requirements:
* Map, validate, and migrate complex data from legacy systems into SuccessFactors Learning, adhering to strict information system standards.
* Develop and maintain rigorous migration documentation and operating procedures that reflect best practices and government policies.
* Act as the primary SME for SF Migration, providing expert advice on solution design changes and infrastructure implications.
* Mentor and transfer technical knowledge to support staff to ensure sustainable post-migration operations.
* Lead quality reviews of deliverables and recommend modifications to improve system effectiveness and robust design.
* Work collaboratively with support teams and clients to resolve migration issues and optimize application/infrastructure release processes.
What We're Looking For?
* Demonstrated ability to effectively perform the requirements of the role within a large complex and geographically dispersed ICT environment.
* Demonstrated ability to participate effectively in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, ethical behaviour and occupational health and safety.
* Demonstrated well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills in SAP Success Factors particularly:
* SAP Success Factors Learning
* Migration of data and learning packages from legacy learning management systems
* Extensive experience and configuration knowledge in SAP Success Factors.
* Demonstrated experience leading and assisting clients with designing leading edge workflow solutions, configuration and enhancement of proprietary software product within SAP.
