Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the leasing and management of a diverse property portfolio across residential, office, and retail sectors.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing commercial properties, including retail and office leases, and collaborating with various stakeholders such as Town Planners, Certifiers, Legal consultants, statutory bodies, and contractors.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage retail and commercial leases
2. Collaborate with Town Planners, Certifiers, Legal consultants, statutory bodies, and contractors
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
4. Conduct on-site inspections across locations
5. Manage arrears, options, market reviews, lessee relationships, lease assignments, and vacancies
6. Work collaboratively with the design, marketing, and accounts teams
7. Manage a team of 6 staff members
Ideal Candidate:
* Has at least 5 years of commercial property management experience
* Can effectively manage a team
* Possesses a current QLD Real Estate certificate/license
* Has updated knowledge of relevant legislation in QLD and NSW
* Holds a valid driver's license
* Understands lease agreements thoroughly
* Is a confident and strong communicator, capable of monitoring renewal and review dates closely
