The role of a Resident Field Service Fitter is to provide diagnostic, repair and maintenance services to customers equipment in the designated region. This autonomous position has full support from our extensive branch network.
Key responsibilities include working safely, building strong relationships with customers, thinking ahead and minimizing rework. A strong foundation in diesel mechanics and OEM excavator diagnostics is essential for success. Providing exceptional customer service and delivering quality outcomes are highly valued.
