HR Advisor required for a project role with the South Australian State Government.
**Your new company**
Due to continuous growth, we are seeking an experienced People and Culture Project Advisor to join this prestigious local government council in a temporary capacity for approximately 3 months, based in the Southern suburbs of Adelaide
**Your new role**
The purpose of this role is to support the business department partners in developing the Human Resources initiatives and continuous talent improvements. As the P&C Project Advisor you will be responsible for the coordination of recruitment review and workforce planning projects, with a key focus on the below duties;
- Support completion of gap analysis
- Support development of training workshops on recruitment for panel members
- Providing specialist advice and support to leaders in relation to recruitment and selection and classification management processes.
- Coordination of workshops, collation of feedback, HR data and reporting
- Potentially conducting workforce planning analysis with leaders, with guidance and direction on the procedure
- Review and update Human Resources policies, guidelines and procedures as required
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will be an enthusiastic and experienced HR Professional with a high level of HR and employee relations knowledge and experience within a medium to large sized, complex organisation. Additionally, your interpersonal ability to develop and sustain strong organisational relationships will ensure credibility is firmly established.
