Job Description
The primary goal of this position is to design, develop and configure the ServiceNow platform. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules
Collaborate with business analysts to understand and document requirements
Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies and integrations
Develop and manage APIs, data imports and scheduled jobs
Evaluate and ensure best practices in ServiceNow architecture, development and security are applied
Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and estimation
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and enhancement requests
Requirements
A ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required
Additional certifications such as Certified Application Developer or CIS HRSD are highly desirable
Experience
A minimum of 12 months experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations
Experience configuring ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD and IRM
