Community Manager needed for a luxury lease-up in the charming town of Southport, NC.300+ units.** Property and client name disclosed at time of interviewLease up experience highly preferred.Oversees the lease enforcement process by approving prospective resident applications, renewal leases, conducts periodic apartment inspections, follows proper notice requirements, evicts residents, and collects late fees and other charges as allowable and stated in the terms of the leasePromotes resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely manner, and taking appropriate action to resolve and address service issuesEnsures the property’s maintenance team members comply with the Hines’ standards with respect to responding and completing resident service requestsConducts regular property inspections and takes appropriate actions to ensure that the physical aspects of the property, grounds, buildings, and amenities meet established standards for safety, cleanliness, and general appearance and appealAssists in managing the client/owner relationship by meeting with the owners, conducting property tours, providing updates and information about the property’s performance, and responding to owner requests as neededTwo or more years' experience as a Community Manager, preferably on new construction. A Class Communities.HS diploma or equivalent; College degree preferredProficient in Microsoft OfficeResman and Knock experience a PLUSStrong Customer Service background or skillsetExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFull medical, dental, vision, 401K options.
