About the role:Connect with employers to discover exciting opportunities for your participants. Conduct 1:1 appointments with participants where you can identify strengths and interests, helping you guide their employment goals.
* Engagement: Build and maintain impactful relationships with employers and participants to source tailored opportunities
* Dynamic: Every day is different and brings a new opportunity for your participant – it's up to you to use your sales and networking skills to find them
Desired skills and experience:
Prior industry experience isn't essential. We welcome and encourage applications from candidates with transferrable skills such as sales, customer service, or hospitality. Your ability to work efficiently independently as well as in a team and thrive in a KPI-driven environment is what makes you stand out.
Full working rights in Australia, and a valid Working with Children Check, National Police Check and Driver's License are required. If you excel at communicating and are motivated to learn, we'd love to hear from you
