The Position
* Lead and guide your team throughout their shift, ensuring seamless execution and high standards.
* Assist the Lounge Manager with day-to-day operations, providing expert guidance and support.
* Focus on delivering an outstanding guest experience at all times, building strong relationships and exceeding expectations.
* Develop and lead the food & beverage team, providing training and mentorship to ensure their growth and success.
