ITALIAN GURUS PTY LTD is seeking qualified and experienced Chefs and Cooks to join our team at ISCHIA ON BEAUFORT and ISCHIA ON CLAISEBROOK in Perth, Western Australia.

About You – CHEF
You will hold Certificate IV in Hospitality – Commercial Cookery (essential) or Diploma in Hospitality have at least 2 – 3 years' experience.
* High cooking standards with attention to detail.
* Good work ethic including the ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to maintain service standards.
* Strong ability to work autonomously amongst a fast-paced environment.
* Monitor quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
* Discuss food preparation issues with head chef and managers.
* Demonstrate techniques and advising on cooking procedures.
* Prepare and cook food.
* Explain and enforce hygiene regulations.
* May select and train staff.
About You – COOK
You will hold Certificate III in Hospitality – Commercial Cookery (essential) or higher and have at least 2 – 3 years' experience.
* Chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, cooking dishes as instructed.
* Setting up stations, cleaning, and assisting with basic food safety
* Regulate temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment.
* Prepare and cook food as per company specifications.
* Store food in temperature-controlled facilities.
* Clean and follow health and safety procedures.
* Self-motivated, creative, confident, and enthusiastic
