Job Description:
* Safely navigate and manage tides and weather conditions as a hands-on leader of vessel operations for our aquaculture site.
* Harvest Barramundi and transport the catch to Derby, then return with feed deliveries for the farm.
* Ensure compliance with maritime safety standards and company protocols.
The successful candidate will be an experienced aquaculture professional with a Master IV ticket, previous experience in fish farming or commercial fishing, and strong leadership skills. They will also have excellent focus on safety and operational excellence, resilience, and problem-solving ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
