Job Description
As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will provide high-quality financial advice and performance reporting to divisional leaders, supporting informed decision-making and sustainable healthcare delivery. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading divisional budgeting and forecasting processes
* Delivering insightful variance analysis and financial risk assessments
* Managing funding alignment and service agreements
* Building strong relationships with clinical and operational teams
* Coaching and mentoring finance team members
The Successful Applicant
You Will Bring
* Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting within a complex organisation
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
* High-level proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office
* A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, or Business (highly desirable) and professional membership (CPA, CA, CIMA, ICA preferred)
