About the Role: * Lead and coordinate daily operations of the Recovery Team, ensuring seamless delivery of services. * Deliver and oversee evidence-based interventions, including case management and clinical oversight. * Guide and supervise multidisciplinary staff to ensure quality and consistency in service delivery. * Develop and implement innovative recovery projects and group programs to meet the needs of young people. * Manage referrals to ensure timely and appropriate service access, promoting culturally safe and inclusive practices. * Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through data and reporting, identifying areas for improvement. * Promote collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a supportive environment for all involved. * Support and supervise Peer Support Workers and vocational staff, providing opportunities for growth and development.
