About the Role
Working in the field, you will service and support our market leading innovative life safety communication systems, including IP Nurse Call, RTLS Positional Duress systems, Access control & CCTV with an exceptional client focus.
You must be energetic, enthusiastic and invested in building strong trust relationships with customers and team members alike.
Thrive on challenges, finding solutions and being accountable.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Provide reactive and preventative service and maintenance
Programming and commissioning of new facilities
Communicate actively with Service, Projects and Engineering teams
Take responsibility for service outcome which will result in high customer satisfaction
Provide detailed documentation to enable reporting of service tasks
Actively identify possible sales opportunities through information obtained from clients on site
Qualifications and skills
Certificate IV electronics or similar experience working with extra low voltage systems
A strong customer focus with exceptional communication skills
A strong understanding / knowledge of electronics and communication systems
Experience / Qualifications in IP Networking and a solid understanding of data networks
