They champion safe work practices and continuous improvement.RequirementsResponsibilities & DutiesManage recoverable hours versus budgeted hours and allocate workshop resources accordingly.Prioritize work to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.Report and oversee management of work health and safety incidents and workplace accidents.Provide coaching, development, and direction to workshop technicians.Manage technician performance and assist in skill development.Liaise with Engineering to resolve technical issues and document solutions.Allocate work via CMSP to workshop employees.Skills & ExperienceManagement experience in a service environment.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Experience in driving and implementing change.Highly organized.Intermediate computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.BenefitsWhat sets us apart?Crown's history began in 1945 in New Bremen, Ohio.
