The Opportunity

We're looking for a passionate and focused Customer Service Officer to join our team.

This is a permanent position, Monday to Friday-day shift. 8.00am - 4.30pm.

As the first point of contact for all customers, you will play a crucial role in shaping their experience. Your ability to provide first-class service in every interaction will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of excellence that define our team. This position is perfect for those who are passionate about customer service and eager to contribute to a workplace that values teamwork, growth, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

* Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
* Greeting customers on arrival.
* Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
* Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
* Telephone and email correspondence
* Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
* Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs

* Proven experience within a Customer Service position
* Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
* Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to meet strict deadlines
* Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
