Are you a reliable and detail-driven Bookkeeper who thrives in structured environments and loves problem-solving? We're a growing business seeking an accounting all-rounder who can handle AP/AR, foreign exchange, and intercompany reconciliations—with the confidence to resolve client invoice discrepancies and queries.
This role is 80% data entry and 20% reconciliations, ideal for someone who values precision and enjoys getting the numbers right. You'll work closely with our Accounting/Finance Manager and liaise with local operations team and overseas teams.
What you'll be doing:
• Accounts Payable & Receivable processing
• Data entry of financial transactions
• Investigate and resolve client invoice issues and queries
• Assist with foreign currency transactions and FX entries
• Intercompany reconciliations with overseas group entities
• Bank and general ledger reconciliation
• Occasional payroll and ad hoc support
Who we're looking for:
• Certificate in Bookkeeping or above
• Solid bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Experience with foreign exchange (ideal but not essential)
• Experience with intercompany or international reconciliations is highly regarded
• Comfortable resolving client billing queries and discrepancies
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Proficient in SAP, Employment Hero, Quickbooks, or similar systems
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset, and attention to details
• Friendly, team player, and easy to work with—this is a close-knit team
• Must have full working rights
• Willing to travel to Alexandria regularly
