**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Defining, developing and implementing clear sales and marketing strategies to drive
- wholesale sales revenue growth across the food service sector (restaurants) as well as
- Indian subcontinent grocery retailers locally;
- Defining and setting sales targets and territories, and identifying key performance
- measures to best drive sales revenue growth across wholesale target customer
- segments;
- Sourcing, recruiting, training, supervising and performance managing sales and
- marketing staff to achieve sales targets as well as build solid customer relationships;
- Attending sales meetings and presenting the value of the RBG Foods product suite to potential customers, including identifying customer needs and goals, and offering solutions that best define how the company can achieve them
- Developing, defining and implementing sales release cycle methodologies to optimise sales take-up rates
- Developing and implementing front-end and back-end processes and procedures to maximise the productivity and performance of the wholesale sales and marketing function
- Developing and implementing measurable marketing strategies that best support sales effort including procuring and managing external marketing agencies to promote the company's product suite and brand across key target markets
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to build the company's brand and image as a reputable trader of Indian groceries, spices and authentic products
- Analysing and evaluation the effectiveness of sales methods, budgets and results.
Skills and experience: Bachelor degree with 3-5 years relevant experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing specialist at RBG Foods Pty Ltd you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, increase brand awareness and boost sales.
- Manage social media accounts and online communities, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and responding to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement, and ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor degree Business or a related field or at least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification
At least five years experience in Marketing
Proven experience in marketing in the retail or grocery industry.
