About the Role
We are seeking Casual Security Officers based in Toowoomba, with availability Monday to Friday at a Courthouse. This role offers consistent weekday hours, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts at other nearby courthouses for those seeking more work. You will deliver professional security services while maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and the public.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, customer-focused security services
* Monitor, patrol, and secure courthouse premises
* Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations
* Manage access control and screening procedures
* Complete incident reports and maintain accurate recordsOperate CCTV systems for surveillance
* Perform concierge-style duties with a professional approach
* Support administrative and site operations as required
Skills & Experience
* Current Security Licence (essential)
* Crowd Control (essential)
* Current First Aid & CPR certification
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional presentation and customer service focus
* Ability to work Monday–Friday (essential)
* Willingness to travel to other courthouse locations for extra hours
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
