Senior Cyber Security Specialist
About the Role:
The Senior Sales Engineer is a critical role in driving the success of our sales organization. This position requires a highly skilled individual to work closely with an account executive to evangelize, design, propose, and demonstrate the business value of our solutions to customers.
This is a results-oriented position that demands ownership and accountability for building territory with the account executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude in security technology, leadership, and business acumen, with the ability to thrive in an autonomous environment while being a productive team member.
Responsibilities:
* Work with customers to educate and drive the value of our CyberSOC solution
* Deliver technical presentations and demos focused on customer business requirements
* Create an environment where prospects become customers and customers become evangelists
* Overcome obstacles during the sales process, helping customers understand how we address their requirements and concerns
* Represent our voice to customers and represent customer voice to us
* Assist sales qualification and own technical architecture design
* Travel required
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in presales engineering or consulting focused on security solutions
2. Minimum 5 years supporting, delivering, or designing enterprise IT systems, security-focused systems desired
3. Extensive technical experience in Networking, Security, Identity Management, Cloud Services, and Windows/Linux/Mac
4. Ability to articulate business application/value of our technology to all audiences
5. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, time management, and attention to detail skills
