Contracts Administrator / Junior Project Manager
who wants to step into a serious role and grow within a high-performing construction environment.
This is a contract-based role ideal for someone ready to move beyond basic admin and take ownership of day-to-day project and contract operations.
Core Responsibilities
Confident use of Procore for document control, RFIs, budgets and programme tracking and critical path tracking
Reviewing contract documents, trade scopes and drawings
Preparing and issuing Extensions of Time and Notices of Delay
Assisting with cost tracking, forecasting and variation breakdowns
Collating project information into structured reports for clients and the Construction Manager
Supporting programme planning and understanding the critical path
Preparing trade packages and reviewing scopes
Negotiating pricing and contract terms with subcontractors
Managing purchase orders, lead times and long-lead items
Tracking retention and providing updates to the Construction Manager
Keeping procurement aligned with project budgets and programme
Who This Role Suits
A CA ready to level up into PM responsibilities
Someone experienced in residential construction, ideally high-end
Detail-driven, organised, and strong on follow-up
Comfortable working within established systems and improving them
A clear communicator who can hold trades accountable and keep information flowing
