We're looking for an Enterprise Delivery Lead who knows how to run sophisticated software and AI projects, speak the language of senior stakeholders, and keep delivery tight across multiple workstreams. You'll be the face of our projects to enterprise clients and the backbone of delivery internally.
What you'll be doing
* Leading end-to-end delivery of complex custom software and AI projects for enterprise clients
* Being the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building trust and keeping communication sharp
* Running agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog management across multiple workstreams
* Managing project budgets, resource allocation, and risk proactively
* Developing client roadmaps and facilitating strategic planning sessions at executive level
* Spotting and flagging growth opportunities to the Sales and Customer Success team
* Owning quality sign-off before releases and project milestones
* Keeping delivery processes documented, prioritised, and continuously improving
What you'll bring
* Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale, multi-workstream software projects on time and on budget
* Strong agile methodology skills across Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, and the confidence to coach others
* A technical background, you understand how software is built and can hold your own in a dev conversation
* Exceptional stakeholder management, as comfortable in a C-suite conversation as you are in a sprint retro
* Experience working directly with enterprise clients and navigating complex client relationships
* Sharp communication skills and the ability to translate technical detail into business language
* Low ego, high accountability mindset focused on outcomes
* Background in consultancy or professional services
* Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent
* Exposure to AWS or cloud-native delivery environments
