We’re on the hunt for a Senior Sous Chef, your right hand to our Head Chef. You will lead the kitchen when the Head Chef is not present, ensuring every service is flawless and every dish is memorable.

Inherent Requirements
- Hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting (e.g., moving stock, kegs, deliveries). Must safely perform physical tasks.
About You
- Solid experience as a Sous Chef in a high‑volume pub or similar setting.
- Up‑to‑date cooking credentials and food safety certifications.
- Natural‑born leader who commands respect with skill and calm approach.
- Passionate about creating delicious food that keeps customers returning.
