About the role: 
- Assisting with asset, fleet and building lease management in financial management information system – SAP, REFX.
- Review of new Fleet lease contracts, modifications and terminations.
- Perform reconciliation of Fleet contract and vendors
- Complete Lease Check List and Assessment Summary Workbook calculations based on lease details.
- Create and update individual fleet and Property leases in SAP REFX
- Provide monthly SAP REFX report of current leases to Corporate Services Team.
- Prepare monthly journal for fleet and Property leasing expenses.
- Monthly posting of rent and property allocation journal.
- Preparation of monthly Fleet Interest and Liability working papers.
- Liaise with Property, Fleet and Services Australia for investigation and rectification of variances.
- Manage new, modifications and terminations of Fleet in SAP REFX
- Ensure compliance with accounting requirements under AASB16 Leases.
- Support all Assets related reporting for Financial Statements and audit.
- Assist the Assistant Director Assets as and when required
- Establishing, managing and providing financial assets management advice to internal and external stakeholders in the Agency.
- Drafting a range of written material including business cases, reports, executive briefs and corporate documentation.
- Experience in SAP REFX leasing module will be advantageous
Skills required for this role: 
- You will be studying towards a Professional qualification (CPA/CA)
- You will have Experience using SAP

- $55.24 per hour + Super
