Key responsibilities: In the role of Project Management Support Officer, you will provide high level human resources and administrative support to the Resource Manager and Operations team. You will co-ordinate, maintain and manage records within the Central Queensland Operations Unit and coordinate and organise the delivery of essential administration services and information to both internal and external clients. Accountabilities include: Provide accurate, timely and confidential support to the Resource Manager and business Operations Unit teams, including preparation and distribution HR documentation, project document control, and supervision and maintenance of the Operations Unit project records management system. Ensure the efficient management of all correspondence so that all issues are prioritised and directed to the appropriate officer for action, incorporating the coordination of an effective and efficient project document management system. Monitor relevant correspondence for Operations Unit staff to ensure timelines are met. Prepare agendas and minutes for Resource Team meetings, ensuring all relevant issues are included and follow-up actions are tracked and delivered. Provide administrative support to facilitate effective and productive meetings. Manage the Resource Manager’s emails and calendar, prioritising communications with deadlines and scheduling meetings and appointments accordingly. Organise and manage tasks based on the Resource Manager's priorities to ensure timely follow-up and completion. Offer assistance to management and staff regarding staff benefits, HR policies, and procedures. Address queries and provide information to ensure understanding and compliance with HR policies.
