About the Position
The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with clients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve individual goals and improve quality of life. This role involves coordinating and delivering tailored allied health therapy programs while maintaining clients' dignity and empowering them to make informed choices.
You will effectively communicate with elderly clients and families, make accurate observations, maintain records, and contribute to reports focused on rehabilitation and independence.
* Manual handling and first aid skills are required as well as a valid Australian driver's licence and certification in allied health assistant (OT/Physio).
* Current students in physiotherapy or occupational therapy (Bachelor's or Master's) are also encouraged to apply.
