We’re offering a senior position within our cadastral, development and detail survey team. Based on the Gold Coast with projects spanning SEQ and Northern NSW, this role supports a diverse portfolio of clients, including developers, architects, infrastructure consultants, and local government.
As a key team member, you’ll lead and manage:
* Subdivision surveys, boundary re-establishment, easements and lease plans
* Topographic & feature surveys to support design and construction
* Plan preparation and lodgements under state-based survey legislation
* Fieldwork planning, crew mentoring and QA oversight
* Client consultation and coordination with planners and legal teams
