What You'll Do Manage and resolve Level 2 support tickets ( approx. 60% ticket workload). Repair broken hardware and provide user support across Confluence and Jira platforms. Hardware setup for new store openings and acquisitions. Software updates and patching across the business. Onboarding and offboarding of staff (Active Directory administration). Provide desktop and infrastructure support across internal and specialist optometry platforms. Work closely with managed service providers for escalations and field support. Interstate travel as required for new store setups and support projects. What You Bring 3-4 years of Level 2 Desktop Support experience. Experience supporting users in a retail or healthcare environment preferred. Comfortable operating in an unstructured, fast-paced environment. Self-starter with excellent customer service skills.
