Pay: $55.16 – $68.53 per hour plus Super
About the Role
An experienced early learning professional ready to elevate their career and lead a thriving business. As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you will support and develop teachers and educators, build relationships with children, families and communities, and drive a successful centre.
Responsibilities
* Deliver the bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice.
* Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
* Plan for the future of the centre, build the attendance pipeline, and maintain a revenue‐generating business.
Qualifications
* Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working toward one).
* Previous experience in a leadership role.
* Experience leading and managing change within education, health, or community services.
* Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
* Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
