* Strategic HR Leadership: Supporting the development and delivery of practical HR approaches that help build a workplace culture based on inclusion, engagement, and accountability.
* HR Policy and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with legislative, national disability insurance scheme, child safety, and national injury insurance scheme requirements.
* Talent Acquisition: Overseeing recruitment processes and coordinating screening and onboarding.
* Employee Relations: Providing clear and accessible guidance to leaders and staff to support performance, conduct, and workplace matters.
* Remuneration and Benefits: Supporting the delivery and review of remuneration and benefits programmes.
* Training and Development: Identifying training needs and coordinating mandatory and developmental training.
* HR Data and Reporting: Maintaining accurate HR data and preparing workforce reports.
