The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day production performance and warehouse operations, ensuring seamless delivery to our stores and customers. A dynamic leader, they will proactively identify areas for improvement, applying creative thinking to boost productivity and team culture.

* Overseeing the efficiency of our production processes and warehouse management.

To be considered for this challenging yet rewarding opportunity, you will need to possess a mix of the following attributes:
* Availability for full-time hours across Monday to Friday.
* Prior experience managing teams within a fast-paced environment – ideally within retail, production, warehousing, manufacturing, hospitality or other customer-focused industries.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and coach others to achieve their goals.
