APS 5 Sustainment Assurance Coordinator
The Australian Government is seeking an experienced and skilled APS 5 Sustainment Assurance Co-ordinator to join the Fleet Management Team as a key member responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of logistical processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide front-line support to the Fleet Management Team, performing supply chain procedural and administrative tasks with high efficiency and accuracy.
* Collaborate with team members to determine suitable outcomes within their authority to address logistics issues and implement effective solutions.
* Maintain a strong knowledge base in administrative tasks related to supply chain procedures and logistics policies to provide expert advice and guidance.
* Develop innovative approaches to enhance organisational performance and achieve optimal outcomes.
* Interpret and provide advice on legislation, policy, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Experience in logistics, particularly with assets and inventory management systems, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
